Saad is the founder and Chairman of Ithaca Capital and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of its various businesses.
He has over 28 years of experience of managing entrepreneurial ventures, starting, scaling and investing in businesses across various sectors in Pakistan. After completing his undergraduate studies from the US, he returned to Pakistan to start a range of entrepreneurial ventures. In time, he has redeployed his time and capital into various businesses in the transport, power and technology sectors.
He has also acted as a GP in several acquisitions where third-party capital was raised on a deal-by-deal basis. Notable among these is Habibullah Coastal Power Company Limited, a 140 MW gas fired IPP, Hawa Energy (Pvt) Limited, a 50 MW wind IPP, Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Services Ltd and Bykea BV.
Saad graduated from Cornell University in the United States.
